Custom Order Coordinator


We are looking for a detail-oriented Custom Orders Coordinator who is driven to provide the highest client experience throughout the custom build process. Clients are informed through an email coordination system that keeps them up to date on their place in our queue or of any delays that may occur. The Coordinator Role directly communicates these messages with our clients to keep them involved in their custom build. This role is also responsible for organizing and maintaining the backend books of custom orders; Estimates, Orders in progress, Completed. In this role, you should anticipate managing clients' expectations. As the coordinator, you will answer email correspondences for things like, but not limited to, basic inquires, donation pick-ups, deliveries, installs, and product availability.



  • Communicate effectively with clients if/when questions on custom orders come up, such as finishes and final dimensions.

  • Deliver clear and timely completion dates for projects.

  • Manage communications to clients, informing them of the progression of their project in our queue.

  • Ability to work through questions with the carpentry team, clients and their designers.

  • Organize and maintain the delivery, pick-up, and install calendars.

  • Answer and manage the sales inbox, along with the owner. This requires taking orders and filing them in the estimates folder for Chris to review.


  • High organizational skills are required.

  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve.

  • Knowledgeable with G Suite, Microsoft Suite, Gmail.

  • Previous clerical experience is a plus.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
