Retail  Role

Description

Our front-of-house role is the first touchpoint of our client's experience. We are looking for a PART-TIME individual who is passionate, detail-oriented, and organized. The ideal person will help eager and excited homeowners and designers alike with questions as well as walk them down the right path of achieving their project goals. Must have a strong ability to multi-task, keep organized, and have engagement skills.

Hours are Thursday - Saturday 10-4 pm, flexible fill-in hours. Employee discount and major holidays off.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to learn the scope of their project then guide them along the right path of services we provide.

  • Take custom orders for clients.

  • Create displays throughout the store.

  • Inform clients of the variety of services we provide.

  • Assist clients in pricing items out.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions on social media.

  • Will be responsible for our social media presence during working hours; posting deal of the days, stories, new inventory, and exciting updates.

Requirements

  • High organizational skills are required.

  • Ability to manage social media platforms

  • Capacity to plan ahead and multitask.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
